The procedure is simple. After you choose the specific area you are interested, or a specific type of property you will be assigned to one of our executive sales manager to prepare a pool of properties to view.
You will be contacted to have a preliminary meeting in order to be informed about real estate in Cyprus and to give to our sales force the requirement you have.
You will be able to view any property you choose to without any charge. However you will need to be prepared to pay a deposit in the case you see a property which is of your interest. The reason is the high demand and the availability offered. We do not want you to miss the change of buying a property you really like.
The only way of reserving a property is by paying a deposit.
